For your utmost comfort, we provide fresh linens, blankets, pillow covers, towels, toilet paper, and body soap. The space The unit is on the 3rd level of the low rise condo unit. This unit is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The unit is split-level with kitchen, family, bar area, balcony, full bathroom and separate private bedroom on the main level. Internal stairs take you to another separate private bedroom that has its own attached bathroom. A folding table and chairs under the stairs allow you to expand dining seating from 5 to 15 pax. This way your family can sit together and eat and then have maximum space when relaxing. A bar table adjacent to the family room allows someone to make drinks as the family relaxes and bonds. The coffee maker, hot water kettle, and rice cooker are also located behind the bar. You can use it as an additional serving table as well. We pay more for a professional cleaning service for we want you to enjoy your stay and feel refreshed that it looks, feels, and smells fresh and clean. No need to bring water for we have a water treat system attached to the kitchen faucet. Just bring your food and your change of clothes and enjoy. Guest access Guests with 5 or less Pax will have access to bedroom on main level. Guests with 6 or more guests will have both bedrooms available. If Guests with 5 or less pax who want to have access to the second bedroom, may do so by paying the 6 pax rate. We are located within a private subdivision. Bring your walking shoes and enjoy long, safe and peaceful walks without having to hear or be near any busy traffic areas. There is a garden in front of the condo where children can run and safely play. Security is onsite at night for your additional comfort. You can take backroads to get yo many of the popular site and avoid the bumper to bumper traffic for most of your transit. 2 minute drive to Starbucks 5 minute drive to rotunda 5 minute drive to Sky Ranch (when there is traffic on T-N Hwy, just take the bypass (turn left on Magallanes Dr to get to bypass) road to sky ranch and boom you are there). Go left on bypass and take the next left to sky ranch. Go left on bypass and get to Silang sooooo much quicker. Other things to note *On Decors: Use paper tape or painter's tape to minimize damage on paint. Peeled paint or any damages will be charged. Guests will remove, pop balloons and dispose ALL decors. Penalty: Php1000. The kitchen Faucet has a water filtration system connected to it. So no need to bring bottled water. Beddings and towels are based on the number of rooms opened. 1-Bedroom access provides bedding and towels for 5 pax. 2-bedroom access provides bedding and towels for up to 15 pax. *Stained linens (bedsheets, mattress protector, pillowcase, towels, curtains, blankets) will be penalized with Php300/item. *Please return board games pieces back into their proper boxes after use. WIFI is PLDT Fibre high speed with wireless access throughout the unit. *NETFLIX is automatically available when you turn on the TV. Please do not Sign Out as we will not provide you the Password for logging in again. --OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES-- *Water, electricity and internet connection are from providers and interruptions are beyond our control. *Follow Tagaytay ordinance of 10PM QUIET TIME. No loud parties, music, shouting and rowdy behavior. *Lost keys will be charged Php2000. *NO SMOKING inside the casa or on balcony. You may do so in the parking lot area in front of the condo. Dispose of cigarette buds responsibly please. If our caretaker reports smoke smell, there will be a Php2,000 Penalty
