Please mind check-in & check out times. If your flight arrives early hours of the morning, (12am-6am) you would need to pay for another night as our check in time is not until 3pm. Samoa is HOT & HUMID - you'll appreciate the air conditioning galore in the house. The heat in Samoa is unbearable, AC is a must. Solar hot water heater for your warm showers is now available. Remote gate so you don't have to get out of your car in the rain. Bedroom 2 - 1 king bed Bedroom 3 - 1 queen Bedroom 4 - 1 king bed (right next to full bathroom) 2nd full bathroom - washer/dryer included Living room - has 50 inch flat screen tv with Roku for your streaming/entertainment needs, 6 comfortable couches, board games/cards/bingo for the whole fam especially the kiddoes Disclosure: There is a newly established AOG (Assembly of God) church next to us. Currently, they only have 1 service on Sundays. IYKYK Their music and form of worship can be quite loud. However, as long as you have your windows closed with air conditioning on, you could barely hear anything from inside of the house. Other than that, our property is quiet and very private. FYI, my baby brother Tasi & nephew Daniel have their own separate house on site right next to the guest house. Robbery & theft is rampant in Samoa. Our guests appreciate the extra security looking out for their safety whilst still giving you your own autonomy and privacy. Daniel will be available 24/7 should you need anything. Both lads are kind/trustworthy & will never intrude into your living space. You & your valuables will always be safe here. We're probably one of the few places in Samoa where your clothes will still be on the clothing line regardless of how long you hang it outside. CASH POWER: We will give you an initial $100 Samoan tala complimentary worth of cash power credit upon arrival. After that, please top up when you go low. SMOKING & vaping is strictly prohibited INSIDE the house. There is a designated smoking area with chairs & a table & tarp for shade. Please do not litter. Guest access Easy access parking that allows your vehicle to park just outside your entry way into the house. It's a single home ideal for those who are feeble in the knees & dislikes stairs.House keys & gate remote will be given you @ check-in. Please take care of our family home as if it were your own. Rules, tips, reminders posted in house/manual. Other things to note By vehicle, we're only about 5 minutes away from Vaitele town center. Approximate distance to the following locations: ★ Close (drive) proximity to major supermarkets Farmer Joe, Frankies and delightful eateries in Vaitele township. ★ BSP bank (Moneygram), SCB bank in Vaitele, Western union. ★ Apia's town center just a 10-15 minutes drive away ★ Take a 45-50 min drive to pristine beaches like Matareva or any of the beaches in Lefaga for a day of sun, sand, and surf. Other beaches like Vavau, Lalomanu is about an hour to an hour and 30 mins depending on the route you take. ★8-min drive to Samoa Aquatic swimming pool @ Tuanaimato (family or kiddy swim if you don't feel like going to the beach) ★ 8-min drive to Tuanaimato Golf Course ★8 min drive to Tuanaimato police station ★ 35-40min drive from Faleolo International Airport ★ 15-20min drive from Fagalii Airport ★ 15-20min drive to Apia Park P.S.
