On the second level: a bedroom with 160 cm bed, with private shower room, and in the second bedroom (160 cm bed), a dressing room and a bathroom also containing a double shower. From the living space, you have access through the bay windows to the terrace and the 1200 m² terraced garden. Boules court in the upper part of the lot, accessible via an external staircase.
