Casa'Lex Icaraizinho, Magnificent House Near the Sea

Only 6-min walk from the beach and the city center, Casa'Lex is hidden in a 5000M2 coconut grove and surrounded by an exotic garden that makes it a true haven of peace. The house is made on two floors of 250M2 each. The four suites, distributed on two levels, each have their own private bathrooms and terraces. The ground floor has a large living room and an equipped kitchen integrated with the garden that has a barbecue and bar area and the sumptuous "mirror" pool (18M x 4M) The space Casa'Lex has 4 very spacious suites that offer beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool. The main suite has a large King size bed and the other three suites have Queen size beds (one bed in each suite). We also provide 2 simple beds to accommodate according to the preference of our guests. Casa'Lex places several services at your disposal: - A transfer to pick you up at the airport or to take you to another destination. - A cook for breakfast or all meals. - A daily cleaning service. - A certified masseuse who will relax you at the desired time. - A guard, if necessary - A place to store your kitesurfing or surfing equipment, if you practice these water sports. Guest access The property has two private entrances, a main gate at the entrance to go to the center of Icaraí (5 min walk) and a back gate to go to the beach (6 min walk).
