The newly renovated holiday apartment (approx. 30 sqm) is part of a converted barn on a large property at the end of a quiet street in Liepen. From the spacious terrace, enjoy views of the garden and open fields. Perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, yet close to Baltic Sea beaches and lakes. The Peene River (“Amazon of the North”) is a 10-min walk. Lubmin beach is 45 min by car. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. The space - Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the price. - Pets are allowed (for an additional fee). - Non-smoking apartment – please smoke only on the terrace. - No frills: simple, clean, and equipped with everything you need. - In the colder months, the apartment is manually heated with a wood-burning stove and an electric heater. - A free parking space is available directly in front of the house on the property. - Outdoor seating is available. - No tourist tax applies; there are no additional costs beyond those listed on Airbnb. - Mid-stay cleaning is available on request (for €50 paid to the cleaner). - The friendly neighbors next door are always approachable in case of questions or concerns. - A baby crib can be provided if needed. - Paddle boat rental is available at the neighboring hotel upon request. PLEASE NOTE: Smoking cigarettes is prohibited in the vacation apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the covered terrace. Otherwise, we will unfortunately have to charge an additional €50. Other things to note - Parking is available directly in front of the house; best to park sideways along the barn. - A mobile bakery stops in front of the house on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays around midday. - Fresh eggs are being sold by our neighbor Peter. - Firewood is plentiful available and included. - A fire extinguisher is located right next to the stove. - The Peene River (“Amazon of the North”) is about a 10-minute walk away. - Favorite beach in Lubmin with a pier, about 40 minutes by car. - The three „imperial seaside resorts“ (Kaiserbäder) (Ahlbeck, Usedom, Bansin) are about 50 minutes away by car. - Swimming pool, sauna, and restaurant just a 2–3 minute walk away: Hotel & Restaurant am Peenetal. - Paddle boat rental available at the hotel upon request.
