The newly renovated holiday apartment (approx. 30 sqm) is part of a converted barn on a large property at the end of a quiet street in Liepen. From the spacious terrace, enjoy views of the garden and open fields. Perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, yet close to Baltic Sea beaches and lakes. The Peene River (“Amazon of the North”) is a 10-min walk. Lubmin beach is 45 min by car. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. The space NEW: Wi-Fi is now available in the apartment, as well as a TV with internet connection. - Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the price. - A baby travel cot can be provided free of charge if needed. Please let us know in advance if required. - For children aged 3 and above, an additional fee of €25 per night per child applies. One child can sleep on the sofa; a second child can use the baby travel cot if needed. Please let us know in advance if children are coming. Additional costs do not apply if one parent is travelling alone with one child; extra charges apply from the third person onwards. - Pets are allowed for an additional one-time fee of €25 per pet. - A washing machine is available in the kitchen. - During the colder season, the apartment is mainly heated with an electric heater. In addition, and for atmosphere, the wood-burning stove can also be used for heating. - A free parking space is available directly in front of the door on the property. - Outdoor seating is available. - No tourist tax applies. - Mid-stay cleaning is available on request for €50, paid to the cleaner. - The friendly neighbors next door are always available in case of questions or concerns. - Paddle boat rental is possible at the neighboring hotel upon prior arrangement. IMPORTANT: Non-smoking apartment! Smoking cigarettes inside the holiday apartment is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed on the covered terrace. Otherwise, we unfortunately have to charge an additional €50. NOTE: This rental is offered as part of private asset management and does not constitute a commercial business. Guest access All areas visible in the photos are available for use. Other things to note - Parking is available directly in front of the house; best to park sideways along the barn. - A mobile bakery stops in front of the house on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays around midday. - Fresh eggs are being sold by our neighbor Peter. - Firewood is plentiful available and included. - A fire extinguisher is located right next to the stove. - The Peene River (“Amazon of the North”) is about a 10-minute walk away. - Favorite beach in Lubmin with a pier, about 40 minutes by car. - The three „imperial seaside resorts“ (Kaiserbäder) (Ahlbeck, Usedom, Bansin) are about 50 minutes away by car. - Swimming pool, sauna, and restaurant just a 2–3 minute walk away: Hotel & Restaurant am Peenetal. - Paddle boat rental available at the hotel upon request.
