The space Villa Joa is approximately a 10 minute scooter ride to the heart of canggu where you will be surrounded by restaurants , cafes , boutique shopping , local markets, beach bars and clubs over looking the famous surf beaches. Your Private Villa features 2 airconditioned bedrooms with ensuite, both contain King Size beds, spacious closet and work desk . The spacious living area has a fully equipped kitchen, four seat dining table that can extend to 6, with seats that are provided, a comfortable couch and a TV 43" all over looking the exotic tropical garden and pool area just inviting you to dive in or soak up the sun. Guest access You have the whole property to yourself, including pool, garden, open kitchen, etc. There is a private access to the property, just for you. A: Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you're welcome to drop off your luggage after 11:00 am while we prepare the villa. Our dedicated staff will ensure a smooth check-in process. Q: What time is check-out?

A: Absolutely! We can arrange for a professional chef or catering service through our trusted partners, ensuring high hospitality standards. Please request this service at least one day in advance, and we’ll be happy to set it up. Alternatively, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your own meals.  Q: Is housekeeping service available?
A: Yes, housekeeping services are provided three times a week, as well as a pool cleaner and gardener twice a week. To respect your privacy, please coordinate with your villa host to schedule cleaning times that suit you best.
 Q: Can you arrange a massage at the villa? A: Yes, we can organise professional massage services right at the villa, provided by experienced therapists from a trusted studio. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange it for you. Q: What is the maximum occupancy of the villa? Can extra beds be arranged?
A: The villa more than comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. If you're traveling with a larger group, let us know, and we can help arrange to book the neighboring villa. Dear guest, we just wanted to let you know that if our neighbors happen to have a rooster nearby, it won't affect your stay with us at all. The size of our pool is 2.5 by 4 meters. Rest assured, there won't be any issues during your time at our villa, and if you ever need them, earplugs will be provided. By booking this listing, you are acknowledging that possible noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
