Located between Katoomba and Blackheath it is a great place to access some of the best bush walks, cafes, restaurants and other Blue Mountains attractions. This contemporary home provide plenty of space for up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed. - The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens out onto the dining area. - The dining table comfortably seats 8 people. - With an indoor fireplace and double glazed windows the house is very cozy during the cooler months. - The outdoor fire pit provides a great area to sit and relax. - There is a spacious verandah with gas BBQ that overlooks the property. - The laundry is fully equipped and includes ironing facilities. - The house has two bathrooms (only one with a bath). Please note both bathrooms are on the ground floor. - WiFi, TV, Netflix are all included. This house house a strict policy of only 8 people being there.
