Quiet in the countryside

Self-contained and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers seeking tranquility, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond, and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully furnished the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims. The space You have a separate entrance from ours, ensuring your peace of mind. If you are traveling with a dog, the courtyard is an enclosed and secure space: the gate can be closed to allow the dog to enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind. The courtyard is mainly at your disposal; we only park our vehicles there. For outdoor use, a table is available in our courtyard, with a view of part of the pasture. We live in another wing of the house (a converted old barn), which allows everyone to maintain their privacy. The gate is closed every evening for added safety. Guest access You have a small entrance, a living room of about 20 m² and a small kitchen equipped with a bar table for two people. Upstairs you will find a small landing, a large bedroom with a 180 × 200 bed, as well as a bathroom. You have 2 fans, 1 of which has a mist feature. We also give you access to our library, which is the only shared space in the home. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, but we have 2 cats. We have an electric charging station for cars. If you have bikes, you can store them in one of our buildings.
