Quiet in the countryside

Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km). The space You have a separate entrance to ours. For outdoors, you have a table in our yard overlooking part of our pasture. We live in another wing of the house (converted barn). We just use the yard for parking. You can also park your car there. The gate is closed every night. Guest access You have a small entrance, a living room of about 20 m², a small kitchen with standing room for 2 people, upstairs, a small landing, a large bedroom and a bathroom. We leave access to our library, the only place that can be shared. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, but we have 2 cats
