Cozy 3 1/2 all-inclusive near downtown

This spacious, well-organized 3 1/2 is perfect for a single person or couple who want a fully equipped temporary accommodation. Newly built and coquettishly furnished, the condo is located in Hochelaga, a 5-minute walk from the very vibrant Rue Ontario, where there is a wide variety of shops. The metro (green line) is a 10-15 min walk away and there are 2 bus lines on the corner. Everything is there for optimal comfort! (Stays longer than 3 months, price negotiable) The space This is my mom's apartment when she visits me and my family. So I made it as comfortable as possible so that she feels good there and you too! During a stay of several weeks to a few months, we want you to be able to make yourself comfortable while keeping the accommodation clean and in good condition. There are several storage spaces allowing you to store your luggage and organize your belongings to feel at home! The accommodation is very well soundproofed, you might think there are no neighbors! If you travel with a toddler (under 2 years old) I will make sure to add the necessary to simplify your life (stroller, extra bed, seat for eating, books and toy). Guest access I will contact you a few days before your arrival to find out your arrival time and to be able to come and welcome you and give you the keys to the apartment. Other things to note It's a private entrance and there's also a small balcony.
