Cosy double room in Central Lisbon

3 bedroom apartment with shared bathroom. There is a spacious living room as a common area where you can chill. Lisbon winter is pretty mild, however, i have also an oil heater you could use. It is nicely decorated with wooden flooring and external window. Picoas Metro station just 5mins walk away. Or if you feel like a good walk, 15mins and you will reach the centre of Lisbon. The space My apartment is newly renovated with a touch of Portuguese taste and traditions. We kept the wooden floor structure and Portuguese tiles wall which has been the stigma of Portuguese charm. Your bedroom has an external window with the street view with the sun shining in the morning. Like all Portuguese houses, the insulation is non existence but I have an oil heater to keep you warm and cosy. During summer, standing fan to keep the room cool and breezy. The apartment building has no elevator. i am located on the 3rd level, 6 flight of stairs. Ground level = Level 1 = Piso 0 Second level = Level 2 = Piso 1 Third level = Level 3 = Piso 2 (You arrived!) Please dont wear shoes in the apartment. There is a mini mart just below the building, or a few supermarket just minutes walk away. There are also a few lovely restaurants and cafe on the same street, you should totally try out coffee and pastel de nata, my fav is the pão de deus( pastry bun with coconut crust yummm) Late check in will have a surcharge of €5. Guest access You will have access to the living room, kitchen and of cos the bathroom. Make yourself at home. There is a saying in latin " Mi Casa Tu Casa" :) I do not charge cleaning fees. All you have to do is cleaning after yourself, like how you are at home. :) During your stay If you are interested to know where is the BEST: - Way to go around town - Rooftop bars - Restaurants - Clubs - Drinking spots Ask away, i am happy to share with you my fav spots in the city. Other things to note Like most Portuguese houses, the internal rooms/walls are not the best insulated, therefore it might be chilly at night. However, you could always use the oil heater. :) During summer, a standing fan to keep the room cool. The apartment is a shoes-off home, so to better preserved to traditional wooden floor, i have bedroom slippers for you, sanitised after every wear. There might be some noise like the trash collection truck, overly excited teenagers yelling on the street. However, the noise stops at 12am. Feel free to use the oven, or stove, but please bear in mind to turn them off after using. They do not have auto switch-off function. Portugal tap water is safe to drink. I do have coffee and tea, but you really really need to try our traditional Portuguese coffee(1 euro) with pastries(1.50 euro) in one of our old school Portuguese cafe. Registration Details Exempt
