The space The studio is fully furnished and it does have all the amenities: - AC (Air conditioned) - bedroom area with Queen size bed (160 X 200), comfy viscoelastic mattress; - travel bed and feeding chair for babies up to 4 years; - bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and amenities (hands soap, shampoo and foaming bath gel) from "Rituals" brand. - well-equipped open plan kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery; - dining area for 4 people; - living room with queen size sofa bed, LED SMART TV, games, books. - Cable TV with more than 100 channels; - bed linen provided; - ironing board and iron; - central heating and fan; - free internet wi-fi; - port wine, coffee and tea offer. Other things to note House Rules: For yours and ours comfort, we have established a few rules, which will help the good function of our studio. 1. The number of people who can use our studio should never exceed the booked number of guests, except for children under 4 years of age. 2. At check-in you will receive the keys and will not be disturbed for the rest of your stay. Key drop off at the end of your stay can be done leaving the keys on the table at the apartment. Loss of keys will be charged 70 €. 3. Check-in time: 15:00 at the earliest. Please understand that this can vary according to your demand. 4. Check-out time: 12:00 at the latest. If you fail this time, you may be charged for extra occupancy or even a full day rate. We’ll always try to accommodate your needs, but please inform us about them. You should leave the apartment keys on the table and close the apartment´s door when you leave. The air conditioning and lights should be turned off before leaving the apartment. 5. Please do not forget that our studio is in a residential building and neighbours’ night rest must be respected. When returning home in the early hours, please respect that other people may already be sleeping. Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.. Be aware that noisy conduct, loud music or other activities disturbing the neighbours will result in immediate eviction from the studio with the loss of all amounts paid for the stay. 6. Strictly, no house parties are allowed! There are so many places in town where you can go to have fun, so you don't really need to stay in the studio and disturb the neighbours. Please note that penalty for it is 100 €. 7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building. If you feel you must smoke, please do it outside. Do not leave rubbish or cigarette ends on the stairway. Please note that penalty for it is 100 €. 8. For the safety of the studio, open flame is forbidden in the whole house – therefore no candles, no matches, no lighter. Penalty for it is 100 €. 9. Pets are not allowed, unless this has been specifically agreed beforehand with us. 10. We ask you to treat our studio as you would treat your home. The studio is cleaned prior to each arrival. Please, keep the studio tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you do require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it. When leaving, you must leave the studio without waste and with the lights and TV off. 11. The person that made the reservation will be responsible for the conduct of all accompanying persons.
