Be our guest! Unwind & relax in this beautiful cottage steps away from Chautauqua Lake. It’s cozy, & welcoming & it’s ohh so relaxing! We comfortably sleep 6 guests, 8 if needed, and we are pet friendly. Conveniently located one minute off the highway and just minutes from the Lucille Ball comedy center and Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena. A short drive to Bemus Point, Midway State Park, and 15 minutes to the world renowned Chautauqua Institution. Amazing Location! Ask about our boat rental. The space This beautiful Cottage is steps away from the beautiful lake Chautauqua. It is a cozy lake cottage with all the amenities necessary to have a stress-free, relaxing vacation. There’s a first floor bedroom with a queen bed & 2 bedrooms on the second floor (one is a walk through). The cottage is equipped with heating and AC units. Bring your boat or rent our pontoon and make memories on the lake that you will cherish for years. As your host, we are here to answer your questions and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.  Guest access The entire cottage is yours. Other things to note We offer pontoon boat rentals to our guests. Rates are as follows: 1 day: $500 2 days: $1000 3 days: $1450 4 days: $1900 5 days: $2350 6 days: $2750 7 days: $3000 We do provide a washer and dryer, which is located inside the garage. You will need to request the door code to access the washer & drier. The dock is seasonal. We typically install the dock the last week in May & remove it the last week of October.
