Indian Rock Ranch is a rustic (working) ranch &cabin on 17 acres surrounded by conservation land..just above the town of Clark. Views of the Zirkel Wilderness Area & Elk River Valley. 3 restaurants within 8 miles. 17 miles to Steamboat Springs. Area is prime for back country and cross country skiers, snow shoeing and snow mobiling. Longer stays are accepted and …..if you work remotely there is high speed internet. Conditional Use permit The space Our little cabin has 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 down) and 2 bathrooms (1 with tub and shower, the other with a tub). The cabin is rustic but clean and full of country charm; right down to the rock fireplace platform, aspen wood floors, and antler chandelier! There is a hot tub on east side of the deck, with amazing views of the Zirkel Wilderness area and Elk River Valley. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils, appliances, and a dinning table large enough to fit 6 people. There is a barn, and pasture with corral on the property, complete with horses and adorable little Nigerian Dwarf goats. If your family would like to visit and learn more about the animals, Rayna is happy to introduce you to them! This is a working ranch with livestock, so please be respectful with your pets (limit 2 dogs), and around the horses. There is a small enclosed yard around the house and large dog kennel inside if needed. Guest access Guests have access to hot tub, and 3 parking spots in front. Other things to note We have our own well but always need to conserve. We use it for livestock and gardens. This is a place for healing and peace. It is EVERYTHING to us.
