At 400 meters there is the large canal and there is the tram stop that leads to the city center. The space The apartment is a two-room apartment with a kitchenette and is equipped with towels and dishes. The house has wifi with super-fast fiber optics and a smart TV. The house is also equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.
