Nearby is a nice nature reserve. Not far from the house in Bredavik is Brofästet, which has been named Sweden's most beautiful resting place. There is a nice restaurant, and a small shop where you can buy strawberries and other stuffy things. One and a half miles from Bredavik is the children's farm, with various activities for children.
