Comfortable private room with independent access in cozy house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, everything nearby such as park, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, mall, public transport, all within walking distance (Subway in only 8 minutes). My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families. Your room is totally private and has 1 bed Queen size, Desk, Coffe maker, SmartTV, Wi-Fi, 1 bathroom with shower. Indendent access via patio / terrace incl. Kitchen. Guest access Your room is in the first floor, has 1 bed Queen size, Desk, Cofee Maker, SmartTV, Wi-Fi, 1 bathroom with shower. You will have access to the patio / terrace with table and chairs near to room access. Additonally you can use the washing machine in the service patio. During your stay We will do our best to help you with whatever you need during your stay. Usually the owners are at home as it is also our place of work (in the second floor). Anyway you will have our contacts in case you need to communicate with us.
