Close to P&G, GE and many hospitals. Parking for 4 vehicles maximum and no trailers ,4 wheel drive is recommended in winter months. The space Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. If you plan on having more than 4 vehicles, please make other arrangements. Blocking the road is not allowed. There is no parking in the grass areas. There are steps to get to the house. No smoking inside the home. Pets are welcome with approval. To conserve energy, please do not open windows if using heat or air conditioning, which could result in extra charges for you. Other things to note The washer and dryer are in the unfinished basement, so there are stairs to the basement. Approval is needed for pets. The maximum number of guests is 4
