The villa has a maximum of 16 beds and is spread over 4 levels. It has 6 comfortable bedrooms, including 4 with private bathroom in the bedroom and 2 with bathroom in the corridor to share, a large tavern with a living area and a characteristic lava stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom attached to the living area with washing machine and clothesline.
