The kitchen features stainless appliances, ample counterspace, and an island for extra seating. The primary suite, off the living room, has a King bed, TV, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the house, there is a bedroom with another King bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a bedroom with a Twin trundle and a Twin daybed that can be converted into a King bed, TV. Convenient for all is a third, full bathroom and a large laundry room. Enjoy the long-range, mountain views from the covered deck. This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
