Itaipava: Mata Studio - Air Conditioning, Sauna and Pool

Our property is a small farm on steep terrain, which allowed us to build our house, common areas (with decks, balconies, swimming pool and sauna), a Guest House, a Guest Suite and Studio da Mata, all on different levels, with plenty of free space and privacy. The space The Studio is a construction made entirely of wood and glass, from which you can see a carp pond with running water, an Atlantic Forest reserve, the mountains and the dazzling sunset. From the high ceiling, we built a mezzanine bedroom. At the bottom, in an integrated space, is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, separated from the living space by a dining counter. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, smartTV with Netflix installed, table with chairs and a fireplace. The facilities are prepared for those who need to work from home, with furniture, electrical outlets and high-quality fiber internet. The bathroom, unlike any you've ever seen, has a glass ceiling, heated water heater and a blindex shower stall. Guest access The Studio is located just below street level, accessed by a small Santos Dumont staircase, starting from our old garage, converted into an inviting loft. The street is quiet, with no exit, monitored by cameras. We are surrounded by small farms, and at the end of the street is the entrance to a condominium of a few beautiful houses. The mezzanine bedroom has a street-level window, but is protected by a screen, curtain and a hedge. Other things to note As our property is a small ranch on steep terrain, the house, common areas, guest house, suite and studio are located on different levels, all with plenty of free space and privacy These features allowed us to continue renting during the pandemic. The distance between guests and owners is guaranteed. We also take EXTRA care with the cleaning and sanitization of all environments. We have 1 large dog, Frida, who is kept away from guests, so we generally do not accept pets. But if you have a small Pet and have no one to leave it with during the trip, please consult us. We'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
