This 3 bedroom 1700 square foot ski retreat is completely remodeled from head to toe, offering vaulted ceilings, a cozy modern fireplace living area, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous countertops and new cabinetry and appliances, and lots of room for entertainment and relaxation. The king master is on this main level along with beautifully appointed ensuite bath. Upstairs you will find a large 2nd bedroom with two queens and a twin pull out sofa and a 3rd bedroom with two full beds, sleeping a total of 11 travelers. The shared full bath on the second level is stunningly remodeled and also houses a washer and dryer for guest convenience. Parking at the Lodge is underground (maximum height of 6' 8") and offers one spot for a vehicle. The Lodge also offers a plethora of amenities such as an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and designated ski lockers for guests of each condo. Enjoy walkable restaurants, coffee shops, bars, chocolate factory, ski equipment rentals and ice skating right outside of your door. Get on the ski lift from the village plaza and go! Air conditioning is managed by the HOA and is not turned on until early June. Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature. You must be 25 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver’s license or other ID. If determined you are not 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties. We may seek damages for failure to abide by this House Rule when booking a reservation. No pets allowed.
