There is a bedroom and bathroom on this level that can accommodate up to two people comfortably. A beautiful living room, with a gorgeous fireplace at the far end, has a lovely open view of the garden and sea. This living room opens to a lovely garden of fruit trees and flowers, which frame all your dramatic views. From there you have access to the private pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor seating areas, letting guests drink in their surroundings in peace and quiet. The first floor has a spacious and elegantly furnished hall and living room, filled with light and boasting more of the spectacular view. Art has been specially curated to complement the space, mirroring the natural beauty of Rodia. The second living room opens to a spacious balcony, where you can enjoy a meal or drink while overlooking the countryside. Space here is inviting, and the perfect place for creating memories that will last a lifetime. There is also a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this floor, furnished for guests’ ultimate comfort. The second floor has four tastefully decorated bedrooms, carefully designed to promote comfort and relaxation. Three bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth has a single bed that can serve as a double bed if needed. Above this floor is where guests will find the laundry area and linen closet, as well as a rooftop area ideal for sitting and drinking in the views.
