Guest access The entire home is yours to use. Other things to note Due to a local requirement you must sign a lease agreement. It will be customized to your reservation days. This will be handled upon arrival. Also due to local requirements, you must certify that no more than 5 unrelated guests will be staying at the property. The house sleeps up to 8 and that maximum is for families and relatives only. Friend groups are limited to 5 guests. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy. A fee of $250 will be assessed if a guest smokes on property. If you are planning to bring a pet, indicate that at the time of booking so the pet fee is added. It is $100 total, regardless of length of stay.
