This home has a bedroom and full bath on the first floor and three bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. It is ideal for families, friend groups and couples. Guest access The entire home is yours to use. Other things to note Due to a local requirement you must sign a lease agreement. It will be customized to your reservation days. This will be handled upon arrival. Also due to local requirements, you must certify that no more than 5 unrelated guests will be staying at the property. The house sleeps up to 8 and that maximum is for families and relatives only. Friend groups are limited to 5 guests. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy. A fee of $250 will be assessed if a guest smokes on property.
