FAMILIES only. Seven blocks from the cuckoo clock, close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. It is on the lake with a descent for boats, on a 5000 meter lot. With a prime view, in a quiet place, it is a spacious and cool house. It has 4 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 with single beds and 4 bathrooms. It has beds for 14 people. In winter the heating is not enough for so many people and the living room table is for 10 people. There are two other outdoor tables. The space Privileged view of Villa Carlos Paz, in a very quiet area and close to downtown, a few blocks from the cuckoo and downtown Villa Carlos Paz, rivers, restaurants, butcher shop, kiosks, bakeries and supermarkets very close!! Guest access Private pool, 5000 sq. meter garden, barbecue, parking, and access to the private lake. Other things to note We include toilet paper, soap, and sheets and towels.
