The space The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to entertain. All appliances are fully integrated and there is plenty of cooking equipment, including a Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The upstairs deck has amazing views of the ocean and pool area. Sliding doors open to the lounge and kitchen area to the deck for indoor/outdoor easy entertaining. The private master is located upstairs at one end of the house and includes a king bed, large open double shower ensuite bathroom, walk in robe and opening rear doors onto your own private deck. Another bedroom is located upstairs and includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, robe and opening doors onto your own private deck area. Two further bedrooms are located downstairs. The main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom has a custom built bunk bed which sleeps 4 (2 adults in queen bed and 2 x small children in 2 x single beds). Adjoining this room is an open living room with a Smart TV and access outdoors to either the large backyard or table tennis/Pool area. There is plenty of room for the family to enjoy the perfect beach getaway at home. The pool faces north-east and is accessed from the downstairs area. It is a perfect spot to watch the children swim and enjoy an afternoon cocktail. The beautiful beach is a short walk through the front gate. We supply beautiful organic based products for your use, beach towels, beach cricket set, bocce game, table tennis and quoits for loads of family fun. Pool and beach toys are provided for your use as well as basic pantry items. Guest access Our home is a private home. As our guest you will have access to the entire house, swimming pool and garden. Please note that the yard is fully fenced and you can park your car in the driveway area or on the street outside our home.
