Our "mountain forest lodge harmony" is surrounded by the "Harz National Park" and is located at 600m below the "Brocken". You will love my mountain forest lodge because of the views, the hillside location with south-west orientation, the 60 m² panoramic terrace and because of the exclusive amenities and space offer. My place is good for couples (romantic vacation), adventure seekers, athletes (bikers, climbers) families (with kids), and larger groups up to 14 people when both houses are rented. The house "harmony" offers enough space for 6 people when using the sofa bed for 8 people and is modern yet comfortably furnished in the trendy style mix. Throughout the ground floor and bathrooms, gas-central underfloor heating under the groutless design floor provides cozy warmth. Coming soon: NON-SMOKING HOUSE! Failure to pay may result in significantly increased costs, which will then be deducted from the deposit. A comfortable living area with extendable sleeping function in front of a brick wall, the rotatable fireplace oven as well as a spacious dining area ensure high comfort and moments of relaxation. The living and dining area is designed for 8 people. There is also a high chair. Island kitchen: The top-equipped island lacquer kitchen offers every comfort thanks to high-quality Siemens electric appliances with a wide induction field with a free cooking zone, an oven, a microwave, a spacious fridge and freezer combination and a dishwasher. Bathrooms: The spacious bathroom with glass rain shower, Finnish log cabin sauna (electronically controllable up to 100°C) with LED ambient lighting and a large vanity is the ideal place to relax after an eventful day of vacation. A door leads from the bathroom directly to the wooden terrace, which offers pleasantly airy cooling after every sauna session. If this cooling is not sufficient for this cooling, you can use the outdoor water tap with freezing water. This area of the terrace is protected from unwanted glances. Upper floor: Bedrooms: The house has 3 large bedrooms each with a solid wooden double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with high-quality cold foam mattresses on adjustable slatted frames as well as a spacious sliding door closet with integrated flat screen TV. A travel cot is available and can be delivered on request. Bathrooms: The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a spacious glass rain shower, a washbasin and toilet. The seamless design flooring is pleasantly warm with underfloor heating. Guest access Since you have the entire house at your disposal, there are no restrictions. The house also includes a lockable adjoining room, in which you can safely lock your bikes or ski equipment. Other things to note In addition to the cost of the night, there are other costs: Electricity consumption for the use of the sauna (existing intermediate meter) 0.30 cents/ Kwh; water consumption incl.
