Bavarian Forest apartment for 4 people with kitchen, bathroom and balcony

With us you can expect untouched nature, no noise, no cars - but friendliness, peace, relaxation, a wonderful climate and lots of free time. We look forward to seeing you soon Sarah & Daniel 👋 The space Our apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest and offers you panoramic mountain views. A charging station for electric vehicles is right by the house. The apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with a double bed for 2 people, a bunk bed with two single beds, flat-screen TV including Prime Video, a kitchen, a bathroom and a sunny balcony with balcony furniture & umbrella. At the house, there is play equipment for (small) children and a large seating area. Optionally, we offer a breakfast service or a pure bread service. Washing machines and dryers are all present. Details can be found on request :) Guest access Each of our apartments has its own private access with separate keys for the house and apartment doors. If your arrival time is outside the usual times, we will leave the key in a key safe after consultation. Other things to note Directly at the house is an 11 KW wallbox for electric vehicles. We currently charge €0.69 per kW/h between 5:00 pm and 10:00 am. Between 10 am and 6 pm we charge €0.52/kW/h The kitchen has a fridge, a 2-plate stove, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a microwave and a toaster. Cutlery, pan, pots, spices, etc. are in the kitchen. Drinks are available on request (mineral water, juices, beer) Use of washing machine and dryer is optional. Check-in times daily between 3 pm and 6 pm, outside these times by appointment. Check out by 10 am at the latest on the departure date. Smoking is possible on the balcony or outside the building. In the area you will find endless opportunities for leisure activities. Hiking trails start right at the house. In Spiegelau, 3 km away, you will find the newly designed spa park with water playgrounds and one of the largest forest playgrounds in the Bavarian Forest. In winter, Spiegelau is home to the famous Bavarian Forest cross-country ski trail, an absolute highlight for every winter sports fan. In a ZDF survey of the most popular destinations in Germany, the Great Rachel with its 1,453 meters in the mountain category was ranked 1st! From now on, the highest mountain in the Bavarian Forest National Park can officially be adorned with the title "Germany's most popular excursion mountain".
