The living room and dining room share the view of the river, united by a central fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen is designed for enjoyable, hassle-free cooking. A terrace with a view extends the space outdoors, perfect for meals or end-of-day relaxation. A combined bathroom and laundry room complete this floor. On the garden level, the atmosphere becomes more relaxed. There is a family room with a desk area, which also includes a pull-out bed, convenient for accommodating additional guests or children. Two bedrooms are located on this level: one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and glass shower completes the floor. The outdoor spa, directly accessible, blends naturally into your stay, whatever the season.
