Only 5 minutes south of Plattsburgh, a quick ferry ride to Vermont and 45 minutes from Lake Placid, there are adventures in every direction! The property is available to rent for up to 6 people maximum. Dogs are allowed with an extra security deposit. Though built in 1985, the home is very roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet with a backyard deck on which to relax while admiring the lakefront view. Activities include, but are not limited to: boating, fishing, hiking the Adirondacks, golf (one mile away from Bluff Point public course), craft breweries and vineyards. There are also 2 kayaks for use in addition to boat rentals nearby. Depending upon lake level at the time, you’ll have either a coarse sand beach (lower lake level in drier periods) or a rocky shoreline (higher lake level following much rain or snow melt from the Adirondack Mts.)
