Apartment 3 is a ground floor one bedroom apartment that is located adjacent to the garden and swimming pool area and enjoys easy access to Brighton Beach. The apartment is suitable for one or two adults has a large covered patio with large double doors that lead to the living area. The open plan living area includes a dining nook, a lounge area complete with a television set and a galley kitchen with a large picture window. Together the covered patio and living area create ample space to relax and unwind. Off the living area is the bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom is air-conditioned and the bathroom is outfitted with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
