Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun! The space Settle in to the natural gas fire-pit and rock garden. Bring your paddle boards or kayaks and launch from the adjacent public launching ramp. Walk through the hidden gate to the Embarcadero with it's numerous shops and restaurants. This location is secluded, yet its proximity to everything is an added charm. The cottage has a full kitchen with all kitchen amenities, an eat-in island, and high ceilings. The living room boasts a gas fireplace, cozy couch, leather chair, and a smart tv. The bedroom is light and bright with a queen bed, smart tv, and large closet. It is gorgeously appointed. The bathroom has an open shower and a Japanese soaking tub. It is a luxurious and relaxing. Everything you need for a romantic getaway or adventure on the Bay. Guest access This is a separate and private cottage from the adjacent Sole Mate House. There are no shared venues, patios, or public areas. It has it's own driveway, dock, fire-pit, and garden accessed from a separate driveway and address. Other things to note Upon request, this cottage may be rented together with Sole Mate. However, they are separate properties with separate addresses and driveways. You will not be able to know if either property is rented due to our privation implements. A security deposit of $1000 will be deducted from your payment a week prior to check in.
