The loft is 90 meters from the sea, with a private entrance to the beach. Welcome! The space The space is fully equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a living room, a full kitchen, and a balcony with a barbecue grill. The loft is in a residential condominium, with mountain views and a private entrance to the beach. A cozy and fully wooded neighborhood! Our condominium offers security, in-person surveillance and 24-hour cameras, with leisure possibilities: 4 swimming pools, two swimming pools for adults, two for children, a sports court for tennis, soccer, basketball, children's playground and game room. The Águas da Cachoeira condominium is located in the north of the island in the Cachoeira do Bom Jesus neighborhood, next to one of the main beaches such as Canasvieiras, Brava beach, Jurerê Internacional of the famous P12 club! Pontas das Canas, Ingleses, Santinho, Lagoinha do Norte and Praia do Forte are other possibilities of beaches very close to our condo. Next to the condominium, we have supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, Lan house, restaurants, tour guides, sightseeing tours, shops, health centers so that our guests enjoy the comfort of their trip to the fullest. Guest access We offer a parking space for the apartment. The recreational areas, such as swimming pools, courts, and game room, are shared spaces. Access to the condominium is through the front entrance on Av. Luiz Boiteux Piazza and the beach. Other things to note *We offer the apartment's own Wi-Fi, and it is also available in the internal rooms of the condominium. * The condominium provides chairs and umbrellas, according to the availability of each on a first come first served basis. * No pets are allowed in the apartment, parties, or noise that disturbs the silence of the condominium members between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., except in high season, which is from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. * Be careful when entering the apartment with wet clothes and slippers covered with sand from the beach, especially with regard to the carpet, sofa and bed! * The calendar is available for instant bookings, however, please request a prior quote for holiday and high season dates, as the daily rate will be updated according to that date. * We do not rent the Loft to 4 adult men and/or 4 women! We offer accommodation for: * An adult couple + an elderly person and a child. * A couple of adults + two children. * For other possibilities and exceptions, please consult the host in advance before finalizing the reservation. * For the New Year and Carnival period, we operate with a minimum 5-day stay package!
