Other things to note ● With up to 12 units available in the building, we can accommodate larger groups ● There is no in-unit laundry, but a convenient coin-operated laundromat is just a short drive away. ● There is no standard kitchen in this room, but a fridge and a microwave are there for quick meals ● No smoking allowed - There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed ● EV Charging Outlet (240V) Available – We provide a 240V charging outlet only; guests must bring their own charging cables and adapters. Our outlet has been successfully used by Tesla, Rivian, Ford EV, and Chevy EV owners with their own equipment. ● Pet Policy: - Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per pet - We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy - No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds - Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets - Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
