There are 3,600 m² of green area with a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, barbecue and a beautiful orchard with mango, star fruit, acerola, jabuticaba, jackfruit, lemon, avocado, pomegranate, Portuguese chestnut and even sugar cane. The farm is fully fenced, ensuring safety and freedom for pets. Ideal for recharging your batteries with nature. Prepare a delicious natural tea with lemon leaves, lemongrass, bay leaf or cinnamon. Close to fishing spots, waterfall and with market and pizzeria delivery. The space BEDROOM 1: a double bed and a single bed, shelf, wall rack and hangers. BEDROOM 2: 4 Double bed , two single beds, shelf, wall rack and hangers. LIVING ROOM: four double sofa beds with 33 density mattress and 55-inch Smart TV with integrated XBox. KITCHEN: cooktop 5 mouths, electric oven 60 liters, microwave, refrigerator, blender, tap with filter, two pressure pans, large, medium and small pots, three pans, three forms of cake being a large round, thermal bottle, glasses, cups, dishes, cutlery, grater, sacks corks, ofue and 100 lts trash bags. KIOSK: 4-burner cooktop, barbecue, refrigerator and faucet with filter. SWIMMING POOL: the edges are vacuumed and cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays after 1:30 p.m. Guest access You will use all the hills of the farmhouse. SPACE IS NOT SHARED. Other things to note - To receive visitors during the stay, 90.00 per night will be charged for guests over 2 years of age. - The pool is vacuumed on Tuesdays and Fridays in the afternoon.
