You will have the entire bottom floor to yourselves which locks at the shared entrance/mud room. Your neighbors for the stay are the owners of the building. We are quiet and conscious of all of our neighbors. We don’t have any kids. We do have a very friendly puppy named Stella that rarely barks. We keep her primarily in our own unit.
