Lakeside Haven, Lake Winnisquam

Come stay at Lakeside Haven. Enjoy the incredible view of Lake Winnisquam in our beautiful lake front condo. Centrally located to Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf, Winnisquam Country Store and Creamery, and the ever-popular Sand Bar of Lake Winnisquam. The premises is equipped with a large fire pit facing the lake, with plenty of wood for all to enjoy! Our lake front has a gradual decline into deeper water, so it is great for beginner swimmers, and wonderful for relaxing! The space The unit is located on the second floor. There is no elevator access, stairs only. It is a 1 bedroom unit; however, the sofa in the living room has a pull out couch for 1, or 2 extra guests. We will provide linens and pillows for the King Size Bed in the bedroom, and for the pull out sofa. *Please note the only bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom. We do NOT provide bath towels. Please bring your own towels for showering/bathing. We do NOT have a washer and dryer, however, there is a laundry mat just down the street should you need it. There are labeled parking spaces in which 2 cars can fit from front to back (not side to side). Parking space is labeled 3. Pets are not allowed. I am available for any questions you may have so please do not hesitate to reach out with any inquiries! Other things to note We have a grill that can be used that is under the deck on ground level. It must be pulled out into the parking lot to use it. It is labeled Unit 3. We also have 2 kayaks that are available for guest to use. They are labeled Unit 3 (1 pink and 1 orange). The oars are labeled as well.
