We suggest that guests take out travel insurance, such as the one offered by Airbnb during the booking process. Remember that our cancellation policy is a strict one, which allows guests to receive a full refund only if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before a listing's check-in time. For this reason we highly recommend using insurance. → This is a timeshare property, however there is no expectation for you to attend tours or sales pitches! The decision is all yours, feel free to decline. → Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your Airbnb account. For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars. → Security Deposit: the resort will swipe your credit or debit card for incidentals. A temporary hold of U$115 per apartment will be placed on your credit or debit card upon check-in. This hold will be released in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Rules for changing dates: 1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed. 2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability. 3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).
