Large deck overMost other places don’t have a cover. During our Texas heat with no cover it makes a rv very uncomfortable! You need the cover to keep you cool and out of the rain.Large concrete pad . Some other rentals just sit on grass. So just sit on our concrete covered area and barbecue and watch the beautiful birds. Has beautiful sunsets from the large shared 10feet high deck, and a great view of all the barges going by .Has a fire pit with a grill on top of it to cook on. Fish and crab right out your back door Large king bed. .This is not a RV park! It is private.Has a large shared deck over looking the intercoastal waterway. We have a private boat ramp at the end of the road and also beach access at the other end of our road.You can drive your boat up to the camper. Just a golf cart ride to the beach. Watch the beautiful sunset over the water!! Enjoy all of the wildlife like pelicans and all the beautiful marsh birds. This camper is a brand NEW 2022. It also has double refrigerators.
