Refurbished in 2023. 4 possible beds: a double bed in the bedroom and a quality sofa bed with mattress in the living room Bedding, towels, SENSEO tea/coffee pods provided Large free parking 9 min walk: LACUZON parking The space The accommodation has been refurbished (double glazing with electric shutters, interior wall insulation, electric heating, electricity, bathroom and kitchen). It was nicely decorated, or at least we think so! Guest access The whole property Other things to note Please read this information carefully. We are people labeled "COOL" but regarding our accommodation: - 1) No parties. - 2) No noise at night or during the day. - 3) No prostitution (in this specific case we call the police directly because we are strongly opposed to human trafficking!) - 4) No additional people in relation to the booking. - 5) The person who booked must be the person who will be staying in our accommodation (let us know if this is not the case). —-> If the rules are not respected, and in the event that no solution is found, we will ask you to leave our accommodation. - There is only one camera in the common areas of the building. - There are NO cameras in the accommodation. - the street is busy but you have double glazing + shutters + thermal curtains + insulation of the interior walls which will allow you to be very quiet! - No bars or nightclubs nearby. - The accommodation is a building dating from 1930, it is possible to rarely hear footsteps from the neighbors above because they are wooden floors.
