It is a rural area and is away from the city lights. Located on the withlacooche river, perfect for kayaking, fishing or swimming. There’s so much wildlife to see it’s actually amazing . Great place to relax, read and do something different. Many fast food an restautants close by as well as many grocery stores, close to the Whitlacooche state trail, Joy Lam Drive In movie theater and Downtown Dade City and a 45 min drive from the Tampa Int'l airport and Bush Gardens Large Group, no problem we do have 1 additional RV on the property that can accomodate up to 6 ppl and we can also provide a tent with air mattress at an additional cost.
