With out certificated showing that it is a certified Service Dog or Disability dog Verterinary report showing it is up to date on vaccination. Treated for Fleas, Ticks & Wormed each month. Need from Groomer that Service dog and disability dog is groomed and received a bath monthly. Need it wrote form owner that Service Dog or Disability Dog is house trained and will be responsible for any damage done by the service dog or disability dog. I would need this information for future guest. Alot of guest are allergy to dogs and don't want to book where there have been dogs allowed. No Smoking or vaporing in House.
