In 9,000 sq feet of land, a house full of details and personality. Great BBK and pizza oven under a galleria and table for 10 Very nice pool with a cascade, a little pond with fish and many beautifull corners to relax in a lavish garden full of nature. El Delfin is a very intimate house to relax and enjoy, near everything, but calm and private, all year long. The space An absolutely fantastic house, great gardens, detailed decoration and several terraces. Pool with cascade, pond with pet carps, great BBK with 10 sittings, and bread oven. Bonfire area in garden, Tatami or meditation house. Big solarium. Roofed garage for 2 cars. Conected alarm. Have a nice walk to the beach and head south 1 k to La Barra, or 1,5 km north to Manantiales, a very posh and laid back little centre with great restos and art and deco shops, or enjoy Bikini the iconic most beatifull beach in Punta. There is peronel to take care of any incident, and to keep the pool and the garden nice. They have been working with us for many years. Guest access Full house, full access to every place, no common areas with other properties. Other things to note There is a 300 dollars deposit to be paid cash upon arrival, this would cover electricity and water that will be charged appart and any damage that so far never happened. This deposit will be returned cash on hand after electricity and water fees. A picture is taken of the meters on arrival. I would like to add that services in this particular place are expensive, however, a risponsible use of them should cost around 10 or 15 dollars a day.
