Our 2,000 sq. ft. 1860’s farmhouse is located minutes from downtown Portland. Three bedroom & 2 bath w/hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy the private 1 acre of land. Our home is ideal for those who prefer a bit of nature and space while still being close to all Portland has to offer! **15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Thompson’s Point. The space The farmhouse is our year round primary residence. However, we will not be staying on the property during your stay; the whole home and grounds are yours to enjoy. We like to specify this so that guests can be clear on what they are renting. If hotel-style Air Bnb's or Air Bnb's that are strictly for renting (and staged as rentals) are more your style we encourage you too look at one of the other beautiful rentals Portland has to offer. We welcome guests who are respectful, quiet and looking for an authentic Air Bnb stay. This three bedroom, 2 bath house has two bedrooms located upstairs and one bedroom located on the ground level. Both bathrooms are located on the ground level. There are two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a sunroom and laundry room. Plenty of space for your party to share and spread out. The backyard has a gas fire-pit and a disc golf basket for your enjoyment. Deer (and sometimes fox) can be spotted out back eating and lounging. Guest access Guests may access the house from either the front door or the side door right off of the driveway. Other things to note The barn is attached to the house via a walkway. However, the barn will be unavailable for guest use. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping household. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from smoking on property or indoors.
