The unit is located on the 3rd floor and has spectacular views of the lake. There is no elevator, you will need to climb 3 flights to reach the unit. The last flight of stairs is narrow. Originally a gymnasium for a boys' school, this charming 12-unit apartment complex, sits on a spacious lakefront lot, in a residential neighborhood. This is on the 3rd floor, a studio unit sleeps 2 with 1 bathroom with shower (no bathtub). A small living room with water view and a kitchen. The last set of stairs to the 3rd floor are narrow. This unit has fantastic views and all the comfort of a home. No elevator in the building. To reach unit, it is necessary to climb stairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), and a fridge. Pancake mix and basic cooking necessities (oil, some spices) are provided for your convenience. There is a small deck, on the 3rd floor right outside the unit with amazing views. A canoe and kayaks are available for your use. Life vests must be used . The canoe and kayaks need to be brought back on land and left where found. All other water toys belong to our tenants, please do not use them. The dock, and the common areas are shared by the tenants. This again is a 12 unit building with no elevator.
