Originally a gymnasium for a boys' school, this charming 12-unit apartment complex, sits on a spacious lakefront lot, in a residential neighborhood. This unit has fantastic views and all the comfort of a home. No elevator in the building. To reach unit, it is necessary to climb stairs. There is a small deck, on the 3rd floor right outside the unit with amazing views. A canoe and kayaks are available for your use. Life vests must be used . The canoe and kayaks need to be brought back on land and left where found. All other water toys belong to our tenants, please do not use them.
