It faces south and has a great view of the lake. Ferchesar is located in the west of the state of Brandenburg in the district of Havelland approx. 12 km north-east of Rathenow and approx. 60 km west of Berlin-Spandau. The region around Ferchesar is very rich in forests and lakes. The village itself lies at the end of the Hohennauener-Ferchesarer See lake. Other lakes in the immediate vicinity of Ferchesar include Fennsee, Trintsee and Lochower See. I rent out my modern holiday home, which was renovated in 2023. A small bedroom with a cosy 1.60 x 2.00 mtr bed and wardrobe, a living-dining room with a comfortable leather sofa and small dining area with a wonderful view of Lake Ferchesa. The garden, which cannot be seen from the street, is semi-shaded and has a large wooden terrace with deckchairs for relaxing. There is also a barbecue and a seating area with parasol. The property is not barrier-free! The small car park, covered with a kind of pergola, is located behind the holiday home on the enclosed property (not suitable for SUVs, which must be parked about 30 metres from the house).
