The second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and a TV, providing a tranquil space for a good night's sleep or some private relaxation time. Upstairs, you'll find two more delightful bedrooms. The second upstairs bedroom is designed with kids in mind, it is decorated after the famous show "One Piece" it also features a full-on-full bunk bed, a sofa bed, and a TV. This room is a playful haven where children can enjoy their own space and have their own entertainment options. Additionally, it offers a quiet area where kids can read books, play board games, or indulge in arcade games, adding an extra element of fun to their stay. The three well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. Please note the following important details: -Oceans Lake Family Campground charges $10-$15 for parking per day. However, we are pleased to assist you in registering early to help you secure a discounted parking rate. -Rental is available only to guests aged 25 and above. -We kindly request a list of all individuals staying at the property along with their identification documents for registration purposes. -For the safety of our guests and the property, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the house. -No parties are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 12 people. -Pets are not allowed on the property. -Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. We have a zero-tolerance policy and any evidence of smoking or a lingering smell of smoke will result in the loss of your deposit. -Please keep the doors closed for the comfort and security of all guests. -A refundable $500 damage deposit is required, which will be returned within 14 days of checkout, provided no damages are incurred. - We also require you to sign a contract to enforce the rules mentioned above and also so that we may have the information to get you passes to enter Ocean Lakes Family Campground gated community. Other things to note Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THESE VERY IMPORTANT THINGS: -Guests must provide their email address and are emailed a short term rental agreement that must be signed and returned along with a copy of an ID prior to the stay or will not be able to stay with us. The door code for the unit is given once these items are received and in our system. No exceptions. -We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergents, soaps of any kind. Paper products, towels, and trash bags, hand soap and dish soap are left in very limited quantities based on the number of guests on the reservation. Please note these are things you will need to provide on your own and not part of your reservation. This rental does not include a golf cart you are welcome to rent from Ocean Lakes directly.
