Today, the East Wing constitutes a wing building in a very beautiful farmyard setting. The house is located in a beautiful, undisturbed and relaxing environment, together with our wild and tame animals in the cultivated landscape. The space Idyllic farmhouse in the cultivated landscape The East Wing is a very old half-timbered house that was originally part of the enclosed farm Fleninge Gunnestorp, with origins dating back to the late 1400s. Today, the East Wing constitutes a wing building in a very beautiful farmyard setting. The house is located in a beautiful, undisturbed and relaxing environment, together with our wild and tame animals in the cultivated landscape. The building, which is two stories high and approximately 220 square metres, has a glazed veranda with a view over the garden with a pond and the entire cultural landscape in the background. The ground floor of the house is fully accessible for people with disabilities. There are four bedrooms with a total of 8 bed spaces but with good possibilities for extra beds. In addition to the veranda, there is a living room with Tv on the upper floor of the house. The kitchen has a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, food processor, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In a separate room, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the patio outside the veranda, there are garden furniture and a grill for cosy evenings. We are located in the middle of the Kullahalvön peninsula. Both Helsingborg and Ängelholm and Höganäs are located at a distance between 15 and 20 km. Along the entire coast of Kullahalvön, there are many small, cosy old fishing harbours with calmer beaches. If you want a bit more life, you go to the larger cities' beaches. The scenic Kullaberg with the famous seaside resort of Mölle can be reached in about 40 minutes. For the golf enthusiast, there are about ten courses within close proximity. Opportunities for walks are available on the farm, but if you want to venture further, you can take one of the nature and culture trails in the area. In Kattarp, you can reach the old railway embankment that stretches to Höganäs and on to Mölle. The rails are no longer there, so it is well suited for both walks and bike rides. The embankment passes Svedberga Hill, which is a nature reserve. From the top, you have a breathtaking view of the landscape and the sea. At the farm, an agricultural enterprise with a crop cultivation focus is operated, which means that during the period extending from the end of July to the beginning of September, there may be a slightly higher noise level on the farm than normal due to harvesting work. The landlords are German and English-speaking.
