Lakefront Oasis - Hot Tub, Fire Pit & EV Charger

Welcome to The Docks @ Waterside, a comfortable all season retreat sitting atop the shores of the Portage Lakes! There's a lakeside hot tub with plenty of room to lounge. Relax in the sun on the patio, play in the water, or fish from one of the two docks! Rent a boat and have easy access to the lake! Or stay in to relax and read one of our favorite books. There is room to craft, create a vision board, or puzzle on the large table overlooking the lake. We're close to many restaurants, grocery stores, golfing, parks and much more to keep you busy! There are 4 bedrooms, a dining room with a table for 10, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1.5 baths. The driveway has an EV charger and can park 4 cars. Between May and the end of September you'll have access to two single-person kayaks.
