Air-conditioned, luxurious, bright, comfortable, warm and clean condo, located in the heart of downtown, behind St. Joseph Street where neighborhood shops and restaurants abound. The location allows you to discover the city on foot, in complete safety. Our space includes a living room, large dining room with windows, entertainment room (sofa bed) and two bedrooms. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. Risk of eviction without refund. The space This luxurious air-conditioned condo, located in the heart of all the attractions and events not to be missed, will offer you tranquility. Located on a street parallel to the more dynamic and effervescent ones, you will be able to enjoy an urban lifestyle, doing everything on foot. You will find all the necessary bedding and towels. The kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook like at home. The basic necessities will also be provided (spices, sugar, oil, etc.). Guests are not allowed to consume the owner's food or alcohol, if any. The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPOURING, as well as the stairs, the lobby and the outdoor terrace. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. And noise must be kept to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. for the tranquility of the premises and the respect of the condominium rules. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest access The condo is located on the second and last floor. The entire second floor is all yours ! It is accessed by an ancestral and rather narrow interior staircase, composed of two landings of approximately 12 steps each. All parts will be accessible, including the small terrace. The backyard is not accessible, it is the property of another owner. The terrace is not a place where noise will be allowed, in order to respect the co-owners and the peace of the place. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Other things to note Street parking is available without restriction after hours on weekdays and weekends, and there are several parking lots near the unit (St-Vallier Parking, Dorchester Parking). The condo is on the 2nd floor, there are stairs to climb to get to the unit. This residence has the attestation of the Quebec Tourism Office (302624).
