The 3rd bedroom offers 2 Twin beds, Extra Sheets, & Pillows. Fully stocked Kitchen. Refrigerator with ice maker, Stove/Range, Microwave, Keurig, and Drip Coffee Pot with ground coffee and K-pods, Blender, Crockpot, Rice Cooker, and Toaster. Outside we have 2-10' Kayaks, 2 Bikes, Chairs, Gas Grill w/ propane provided, a Fish Cleaning Station, & a Fire pit(fire log incl). Indoor & Outdoor Games, Washer & Dryer, and Basic Soaps. FREE WIFI. 50 Foot Seawall, 40 foot fixed dock w/ covered boat lift(8' clearance at high tide-8' wide), no fencing on dock. Parking for 4 vehicles and 1 boat trailer.
